Common questions
How does my membership start?
Choose your plan, enter your details and complete the payment. Once it is approved your account opens and you log in with the e-mail and password you chose. On first login you add your name and logo.
How long is the membership?
Plans are yearly: 12 months from the payment date. If you renew before it ends, the new year is added on top of your current end date.
Are taxes included?
Yes. Lira prices include VAT and dollar prices include taxes; nothing is added at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
The membership is a digital service available immediately after payment, so the right of withdrawal ends with the consent you give at checkout. If the service cannot be provided because of a technical problem, you are refunded. Details: Cancellation and Refund Policy.
How does sketch to scene work?
Upload a photo of your sketch and a short description on the Request a scene page. Our team builds the scene within 24–48 hours (24 on Ultra+) and adds it to your library.
Are my scenes deleted when my plan ends?
No. Your scenes are kept; until you renew you cannot save new ones or export.
Which devices does it work on?
Computers and tablets with an up-to-date browser. Video export works best in Chrome and Edge.
